Hello Reader!

Happy spring time! This is a time of new beginnings and the example of how persistence can prevail. Look at the tiny flowers pushing their way through the earth as they do each spring to create our colorful gardens of summer and beyond. What can you start now that will pay off later? Chipping away at a project is not an ADHD strong suit. It is a developed skill and one worth investing some time into. Let's learn how to set goals and then work toward them.
